8. Refund Policy

BRICKSBIZ aims to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Refunds for digital products (e.g., courses, templates) are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that no significant usage of the materials has occurred.
• Subscription refunds are only available for the first billing cycle within 14 days of subscribing. Subsequent payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
